Despite a strong recruitment network, they struggled for six months to fill a Senior Technical Service Engineer role requiring hydroprocessing expertise, refinery experience, fluency in Spanish or Italian, and relocation readiness. Diversity goals and supplier limitations further narrowed the talent pool, leaving the position unfilled.
